Peter Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton brings a client-centered approach to his work at Conley Search Group. For nearly 20 years, Peter served as a teacher, senior administrator, and development officer in two Boston-area independent schools and at a non-profit in the State of Maine. A mission-driven professional and trustee, he has been involved in several comprehensive capital campaigns, soliciting major and principal gifts on behalf of schools and social service organizations. A trusted partner to clients and candidates alike, Peter serves as a strategic advisor to the leaders and organizations our firm represents.
Mr. Hamilton holds a B.A. in English literature from Gettysburg College and an M.A. from Middlebury College and The Breadloaf School of English. Active in philanthropy, Peter serves the Chair of the Governance Committee of the Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Boys and Girls Club. He is also a trustee of Camp O-AT-KA, a non-profit summer camp for boys, and a member of the Development Committee at Worcester Academy.
