Kevin Conley – Boston
Guiding our team of adept recruiters, Kevin Conley brings a wealth of experience and a proven
track record in the executive search industry. His career began at Russell Reynolds Associates in
New York, where he was integral to growing the Financial Services Practice. Kevin’s career has
consistently focused on filling high-impact roles.
He founded The Westgate Group, which he established as a prominent financial services and
private equity boutique with offices in Boston and New York. His entrepreneurial understanding led to the firm’s acquisition by Korn Ferry. While at Korn Ferry, Kevin played a pivotal role as a
member of the Executive Committee and managed the New England Region, which generated $50 million in revenue and was supported by a team of 35 Managing Directors across two offices.
For the past 20 years, Kevin has been at the helm of our search firm, steering it with his entrepreneurial spirit. A Yale University alumnus and the former Men’s Ice Hockey team Captain, he has demonstrated the same leadership on the ice as he does professionally.
Commitment that extends beyond executive search; Kevin is dedicated to social causes, donating 25% of his profits to diabetes research. His leadership was instrumental at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where he served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2010. The Center is recognized as the world’s foremost independent diabetes center and is affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Kevin continues to be actively involved in the diabetes community, contributing his expertise and support on multiple boards.
