Christian Henry – Boston

Mr. Henry joins Conley Search with a passion for enhancing the impact of mission-driven
organizations. He brings a 20-year track record of starting and leading educational and social
enterprises with expertise in aligning the operational with the strategic. His experience in Boston and
abroad as a school co-founder of The Island School in the Bahamas, corporate director, business
officer, and head of advancement helps him bring an emergent perspective to each client and candidate.


Mr. Henry holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from Swarthmore College. He
is involved at the governance level of international education ventures in journalism, conservation,
and marine research. He serves on the board of Beacon Hill Seminars, a Boston-area educational
non-profit, and is Secretary to the Steering Committee of a public school in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
